  • 1. Leslie's Always Rye(ght)

    Rye malt lends a spicy character with a supporting cast of Munich and caramel malts for balance and body. A short mash at a high temperature provides body for this low alcohol ale. American ale yeast. (1.8% ABV, IBU 23.2)

  • 2. Mosaic India Pale Ale

    Pale ale, wheat, and Vienna malts.  Dry hopped with Mosaic and Columbus hops.  Flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, herbs and spice.  Nottingham ale yeast. (6.2% ABV, 40.3 IBU)

  • 3. Helio Gazer India Pale Ale

    Pale ale, Vienna and wheat malts.  Saaz hops in the mash, boil, and dry hopping.  Features Helio Gazer yeast that is genetically modified to release bound thiols in the malt, Sauvignon Blanc grape skin powder (added to whirlpool), and Saaz hops to produce unique tropical fruit flavors.  Helio Gazer yeast. (5.7% ABV, 51.6 IBU)

  • 4. Idaho 7 India Pale Ale

    Pale ale, wheat, and Vienna malts.  Columbus and Galaxy hops support the Idaho 7 dry hop.  Flavors of orange, nectarine, and grapefruit.  Nottingham ale yeast. (6.2% ABV, 40.3 IBU).

  • 5. Heidelberger Lager

    Heidelberger malt and Hallertau hops for a traditional German lager.  A clean, very balanced beer.  Diamond lager yeast.  (5.3% ABV, 34.2 IBU)

  • 6. Old Jon Meek Oatmeal Stout

    An oatmeal stout in honor of professional golfer and greenskeeper Old Jon Meek. British Maris Otter and Baird’s roasted barley yield a rich coffee flavor with with flaked oats providing a creamy mouthfeel . Nottingham ale yeast and East Kent Goldings hops. (4.4% ABV, 33.7 IBU)

A well balanced India Pale Ale with flavors of citrus, nectarine and a touch of dank. Moved to the retired list in August of 2025.

Unique India Pale Ale with flavors of Sauvignon Blanc wine from a genetically modified yeast designed to create tropical fruit flavors. Moved to the retired list in August of 2025.

India Pale Ale with citrus and tropical fruit notes from New Zealand Superdelic hops. Moved to the retired list in July of 2025.
